Continuous improvement and innovation!

The beginnings of Baltix date back to 1990 when Marian Gebhardt started a welding service business. Over the next six years the company grew so much that it started to work with Swedish companies that transferred part of their production to Baltix. The success of this operation allowed us to expand our service package by hiring employees.

Since 2005 as a member of Svenskt Näringsliv (Confederation of Swedish Enterprise) we have been constantly building our brand among Scandinavian partners. Already in 2006 for the first time we participated as an exhibitor in one of the biggest Swedish trade fairs – Elmia Subcontractor.

Due to continuous development, in 2010 our company was transformed into Baltix Sp. z o.o., and already in 2011 we were entered in the register of Employment Agencies – no. 7592. Already in 2011 we were registered as an Employment Agency – no. 7592. Since then, our good knowledge of the Swedish labour market allows us to constantly expand the network of our contractors, and thus increase the opportunities for our employees (CNC machine operators, welders and other workers).

Gebhardt Sport Charity

The Gebhardt Sport Foundation was established in December 2016

The founders, Agnieszka and Jakub Gebhardt, initially operated as Baltix.se, to form a full-fledged institution after a few years. The initiative was created out of the need to support sick and healthy athletes.

The Foundation’s goal was to help triathletes who could not fully develop their talent due to their financial situation.
